   AFE's fast-track brief, the pour-cycle programme, and the constraints we inherited, short lead times, repeating typical floors, golf-facing façade tolerances. The conditions we walked into.

   Coordination through phases.

   How we templated the typical floor once and rolled it across the stack, kept MEP risers clean through the pour cycle, and resolved balcony and louvre clashes before they hit the slab.

   Federated four-discipline model, shop drawings released in pour-cycle packages, clash reports, façade integration views, and the handover set. With sample frames.
