The problem

The BEP everyone writes badly

A BEP is supposed to be the operating manual for every modeller and coordinator on the project. Most are the opposite: abstract, ISO-clause-heavy, ignored by the trades who have to deliver against them. Then someone burns 40+ hours rebuilding it from scratch on the next project. We did that for years. This pack is what we did instead.

Symptom 01

Written for consultants, not the trades.

"Information requirements shall be defined per ISO 19650-2:2018 §5.1.6" doesn't tell the MEP subcontractor what to model. The pack rewrites every section in the language of the people who actually have to deliver.

Symptom 02

Forty hours to assemble from scratch.

Every new project, someone Googles a BEP template, copies bits from the last project, forgets the LOIN matrix, ships it half-baked. The pack gives you the post-appointment BEP plus the supporting matrices ready to fill in.

Symptom 03

The CDE and naming aren't aligned.

Half the team uses one naming convention, the other half ignores it, files get rejected at the CDE and the project loses a week. The pack ships the CDE structure, naming convention and acceptance criteria as one set.

What's inside

Three layers. Twenty-five files

Every pack ships as a single ZIP with three folders. Templates are the things you fill in. Guides are the things you read. Forms are the things you submit. A short intro doc explains the rest.
