Who we are

This website is operated by Joseph Engineering Services LLC ("JES", "we"), a BIM and engineering services firm registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Using this site

The site is provided for evaluating and contacting JES. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to breach security, no scraping at scale, no automated form submissions, no use of the site to send spam or malicious content, and no misrepresenting who you are when you contact us.

Forms on this site are protected by anti-bot verification. Submissions are handled as described in our privacy policy.

Content and ownership

Everything on this site, text, illustrations, diagrams, case studies, journal articles, page design, is owned by JES unless stated otherwise. You may read, link to, and quote it with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts of it, present it as your own, or use it to train commercial datasets without our written permission.

Client and project names appear on this site to describe work JES performed. They remain the trademarks and property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement of this website.

Free resources licence

When you download a template pack, sample drawings, or any similar resource from this site, JES grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own internal business and project work, on the terms below. Downloading or requesting a resource means you accept this licence.

What you can do

Adapt the templates, drop in your own project details, and use them on your live projects, commercial ones included. They are production tools, meant to be used on real work.

What you cannot do

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the resources, or any pack of them, to anyone outside your organisation, whether for free or for payment.
• Publish, post, upload, or display the resources, in whole or in substantial part, on any public website, social channel, marketplace, forum, or shared location accessible outside your organisation.
• Present the resources, or materially similar derivatives, as your own template or sample product, or remove our attribution to pass them off as your own.
• Use the resources to train, fine-tune, or build a commercial dataset, model, or competing product.

Sample drawings are confidential

Shop-drawing and model samples are redacted extracts from live client projects, shared with you in confidence so you can evaluate our drawing and modelling standard. They are not for construction, and they must not be forwarded, published, or shared outside your organisation. You agree to treat them as confidential information, and where a non-disclosure agreement is in place between us, under the terms of that NDA. JES may ask you to stop using and to delete any resource, and you agree to do so promptly on request.

Not professional advice

Journal articles, guides, and templates are general information. They are not engineering, legal, or contractual advice for your specific project. Standards change, projects differ, and information requirements are set by your appointment documents. Decisions about your project should be made with the professionals appointed to it. If you want JES formally engaged, that happens under a written agreement, not through this website.

Pilots, walkthroughs, engagements

Offers on this site, the zero-cost pilot, case study walkthroughs, discovery calls, are invitations to talk. They are not contractual offers, and submitting a form does not create an engagement. Any actual services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Warranties and liability

The site and its free resources are provided as-is. We work to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that either will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JES is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its free resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes arising from the use of this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
