What happens

What happens in a discovery session

A conversation, not a pitch. Here's how it flows.

  1. 01

    We learn about your setup.

What's your current BIM workflow: in-house, outsourced, or mixed? What tools and standards? We need context.

  2. 02

We identify where you need support.

Capacity? Quality? Speed? Compliance? We pinpoint what's not working.

  3. 03

We scope what a solution looks like.

Based on your situation, we outline scope, team structure, and rhythm. Or we suggest a pilot if you want to test first.

  4. 04

    You decide.

We send a summary after the call. You take your time. If it makes sense, we move forward. No follow-up calls if it doesn't.

Who books

Who books a discovery session

If any of these fit your situation, book a call.

Tendering

"We're bidding and need BIM support."

Tender deadline approaching. Need a partner who starts fast and meets ISO 19650.

Capacity

"We're stretched and falling behind."

Projects stacking up. In-house team overbooked. Quality slipping.

Compliance

"We need ISO 19650 but don't know where to start."

Client's EIR requires it. Need someone who's done this on Gulf projects.

Evaluation

"We're comparing partners."

Want to understand how we work, what delivery looks like, and if quality matches your standards.

Common questions

What to expect, in plain English

30 minutes, sometimes less if your situation is clear. We don't run over without asking.

No. No slide deck, no demo, no pressure. We ask questions, listen, and tell you what we'd actually do. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call.

That's exactly why you book. We help you articulate where the gaps are. Most of our best engagements start with someone who couldn't yet name the problem cleanly.

A senior team member, usually Ashton (founder) or one of our Directors. Not a BDR or junior salesperson. The person you talk to is someone who'd actually run your engagement.

Yes. We send a written summary after every call: your situation, the gaps we identified, our scoped recommendation, and a fit assessment. It's yours regardless of whether you engage us.

Yes, up to three people. BIM Manager, Project Director, FM lead, whoever needs to be in the room. More than three and the conversation becomes a workshop, not a discovery call.
