Federated BIM model, mixed-use development

Systematized BIM services in India.

Production, coordination and governance to ISO 19650, delivered as a full BIM team for consultants, contractors and developers. No internal hire, no management overhead.

Our Indian offices produce for major Gulf programmes. The same floor serves Indian projects.

Chennai and Trichy carry coordination, modelling and information management for demanding Gulf programmes every week. Two cities, 260+ engineers, one QA framework: the same Author-Checker-Approver discipline whether the deliverable is bound for Dubai, Riyadh or Bengaluru.

Capability at production scale

The complete BIM scope delivered by one organisation, sized to the package counts Indian infrastructure and real estate programmes produce.

  • 3D BIM modelling

High-volume Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks production across disciplines, governed by one modelling standard in all three centres.

  • Revit family creation

Parametric Revit content built to your LOD specification and office conventions, at library scale.

  • 4D, 5D and 6D simulation

4D, 5D and 6D services where the project needs sequence, cost or performance answered from the model.

  • Shop drawings & detailing

Shop drawing production at contractor volume, every sheet coordinated against the federated model first.

  • Scan to BIM

Point cloud to as-built modelling for retrofit, audit and record across existing assets.

  • CAD to BIM conversion

Bulk CAD to BIM conversion, turning archive drawings into coordinated models without occupying your own team.

  • BIM for facility management

Structured FM data delivered inside the model, ready for CAFM import on day one of operations.

  • Quantity take-off & BOQ

Model-based BOQ and take-off services aligned to your cost heads, consistent across the whole portfolio.

Three sets of eyes before it leaves.

Every JES deliverable moves through a fixed Author-Checker-Approver gate, tracked in the CDE. The same standard whether it's engineer 3 or engineer 250.

Author
Model and documentation produced to the MIDP task card. Self-review against the project QA checklist before submission.
Status: WIP
Checker
Independent review against the BEP and federated model. Defects logged, deviation report returned to Author.
Output: Deviation report
Approver
Signed off against EIR and LOIN. Promoted from WIP to Shared or Published in the CDE.
Status: Published

Without the gate, the failures are standard: slipped packages, clashing drawings, audit findings and unusable data at handover. Every file from our Indian centres moves with a named author, checker and approver, the same evidence trail our Gulf clients contract for.

Produced in India, delivered to the Gulf

Metro MEP, integrated resorts and giga-project packages for UAE and Saudi clients, much of it produced in Chennai and Trichy. The same offices recruit engineers year-round.

Common questions about BIM in India

Both. We produce the models and coordination, and we govern the BEP, CDE and the Author-Checker-Approver gate on one programme. A single delivery lead owns both, so you are not appointing a consultancy to advise and a shop to draw. Chennai and Trichy run one standard whether the deliverable is bound for Dubai, Riyadh or Bengaluru.

Yes. A named lead runs your work as an outsourced BIM team across three cities on one QA framework, staffed by 260+ engineers those offices recruit year-round. Capacity scales with the programme, so you get the same Author-Checker-Approver discipline our Gulf clients contract for, in your time zone and on your calendar.

Yes. Our BIM consultants embed in your delivery, author the BEP and apply the same Author-Checker-Approver discipline whether the deliverable heads for Dubai or Bengaluru. One named lead holds the work to ISO 19650 across the programme, delivering to your own BEP from teams that produce at Gulf volume every week.

Yes. We run laser scan to registered point cloud to a coordinated record model for the retrofit, audit and record work across existing assets. Every discipline coordinates against that verified base, with deviations surfaced early, so the record model matches what stands on site rather than assumed conditions.

Architectural, structural and MEP. We author them in Revit and federate them in Navisworks with regular clash cycles. We coordinate multi-trade work at the volume Indian mega-sites generate, checked and approved against the BEP, gated through the same QA Gulf contractors specify, so clashes close in the model before they reach site.

Cost follows scope, disciplines, the LOD you set and programme length, so we scope each engagement to the work rather than a flat day rate. A mega-site package carries far more than a single discipline. A zero-cost pilot on one package is the risk-free way to see the output and QA first.
