The walkthrough is the case study. Public sites can only show so much. On the call, we take you through the project properly.

   The project and the brief.

   Dar Al-Handasah's design brief, terminal programme, and how a consultant-side BIM production scope was structured around a long-span aviation envelope, the conditions we walked into.

   How coordination ran.

   Long-span roof structure coordinated against zoned MEP, baggage handling routed against passenger flow, and specialist aviation systems interfaced into the federated model, what was hard, what got resolved upstream of issued-for-construction.

   What we shipped.

   Federated discipline models, design-stage drawings, interface registers, baggage and specialist-systems coordination views, and the consultant deliverable rhythm that kept stage gates on time. With sample frames.
