Pilot programme

One package. Zero risk.

Real project work, not a demo. One complete deliverable from your real project, run through our full production and QA process, with zero cost and zero obligation.

  • Scoped to one trade, one phase, one deliverable.
  • Full QA process, same standard as paid work.
  • You keep the deliverable either way.
  • Zero cost, zero obligation.

How it works

Four steps from enquiry to delivered package

2 to 3 weeks from scoping call to delivered work.

  1. 01

    You enquire.

Tell us what you need: a Revit model, coordination task, shop drawings, or as-built documentation. No detail required yet.

  2. 02

    We agree on scope.

We call within 24 hours. Together we define the pilot: what you need, what we deliver, what "done" looks like. You confirm what you'd normally pay for this work. That tells us both sides take it seriously.

  3. 03

    We deliver.

Your task runs through our full production process: assignment, modelling, coordination, and all three quality gates. Zero shortcuts. Same standard as a paid engagement.

  4. 04

    You evaluate.

You review the deliverable against your own standards. If it works, we scope an engagement. If it doesn't, you keep it. The risk is entirely ours.

What you can pilot

Any of these work. If it's not listed, ask us

We'll tell you if it fits. If the scope is too big or too small for a pilot, we'll say so on the scoping call and propose a workable slice.

Modelling

Revit modelling package

Architectural, structural, or MEP model from drawings or survey data. Production-ready output to evaluate our quality and speed.

Coordination

Clash detection report

Federated model review with categorised clashes and resolution recommendations. Clashes resolved in the model, not on site.

Documentation

Shop drawing production

Fabrication-ready drawings extracted from coordinated BIM model. Construction-ready documentation from your model.

As-built

As-built model

Model updated from survey data or red-line markups to reflect constructed conditions. Accurate records of what was built.

Coordination

BIM coordination package

Multi-discipline spatial coordination with clash resolution and clearance checks. Every discipline aligned before documentation.

Survey

Scan-to-BIM

Point cloud data converted to intelligent Revit model at your specified LOD. Survey data turned into a usable model.

The terms

The terms, in plain English

Three outcomes, all named in the scoping call. You like the work, we scope a full engagement. You don't, you keep the deliverable. Or you step away mid-pilot, and we invoice for the work completed at the agreed rate.

2 to 3 weeks from scoping call to delivered package. Timeline depends on complexity.

We send a brief template after the scoping call. Takes 15 minutes to fill in.

No post-pilot commitment. If the work meets your standards, we scope a full engagement. If not, you keep it and walk away. During the pilot, the commitment is practical, not financial: attend scheduled syncs, provide project data, respond to questions within 48 hours.

The pilot is free on the condition that both sides engage. If you stop responding or miss syncs, we invoice for the work completed at the agreed rate. No surprises: this is covered in the scoping call.

We carve out a representative slice, enough to show the process and quality without overcommitting either side.
