Lead MEP coordination on a hospitality tower. Run clash workflows, drive BCF turnover, mentor two modellers. Five years of MEP coordination on Gulf high-rise required.

    Send a CV plus a one-paragraph note on why this role. Skip the cover letter. We read every application within five working days.

    Portfolio review.

    Walk us through three live projects you coordinated. Models, clash reports, shop drawings, whatever proves you've actually shipped. 45 minutes.

  3. 03

    Technical conversation.

    One hour with two seniors from the discipline. Real coordination problems from a current project. We want to see how you think, not what you've memorised.

  4. 04

    Trial week.

    Five days on a live package, paid at your full daily rate. You see how we work. We see how you work. Either side can walk at the end.
