What the walkthrough covers

The walkthrough is the case study. Public sites can only show so much. On the call, we take you through the project properly.

   The project and the brief.

   Hyperscale brief, target Tier rating, IT load and PUE targets, redundancy strategy (N+1, 2N), and how the coordination scope was framed around the operator's standards.

2. 02

   How coordination ran.

   How cooling, electrical distribution, fire, BMS and containment were coordinated in dense data halls and plantrooms, cable tray density resolved, redundant paths kept independent, and Tier-compliance verified in 3D before pour.

3. 03

   What we shipped.

   Federated model, LOD 400 plantrooms, BMS-integrated services model, cable containment shop drawings, clash reports tagged by redundancy path, and the data-hall handover package. With sample frames.

4. 04

   What it produced.

   Quantified outcomes where we have them, site clashes avoided, redundancy violations caught pre-pour, programme weeks saved, and commissioning defects avoided. Honest numbers.
