   Project setup.

   The station-box brief from MNG Esmas, the fixed track alignment we had to build to, and the construction constraints set by RTA. The conditions we walked into.

2. 02

   Coordination through phases.

   How we coordinated architecture, structure, MEP, track-civil and systems against an alignment that could not move, and the interface with the adjacent operating rail running through the works.

   What we shipped.

   Federated station models, shop drawings for concourse and platform packages, clash reports against the alignment, interface drawings for systems hand-back, and the construction sequencing tied to possession windows.

4. 04

   What it produced.

   Quantified outcomes where we have them, clashes resolved before pour, possessions held, RFIs absorbed in the model, and what got back to the contractor on time. Honest numbers.
