Federated BIM model, mixed-use development

Systematized BIM services in Vietnam.

Production, coordination and governance to ISO 19650, delivered as a full BIM team for consultants, contractors and developers. No internal hire, no management overhead.

International investors bring their information requirements with them. We deliver to those requirements daily.

Manufacturers and investors building factories, towers and terminals in Vietnam specify the standards their home markets enforce. 260+ engineers, ISO 19650 workflows and an audit trail on every file give Vietnamese teams that delivery capability without building it in-house first.

The whole scope, one purchase order

The full BIM range from a single supplier, so a Vietnamese project gains an international delivery system without assembling one vendor at a time.

  • 3D BIM modelling

Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks across architecture, structure and MEP, one modelling standard on every project.

  • Revit family creation

Custom Revit content built to your LOD requirement, from industrial racking and plant to architectural systems.

  • 4D, 5D and 6D simulation

Sequence, cost and performance modelled in 4D, 5D and 6D where the brief requires the data.

  • Shop drawings & detailing

Shop drawings coordinated in the federated model and issued ready for fabrication.

  • Scan to BIM

Scan to BIM conversion for existing plants and buildings entering expansion or retrofit.

  • CAD to BIM conversion

2D legacy drawings rebuilt into coordinated models, giving brownfield industrial sites dependable geometry.

  • BIM for facility management

Operations data structured into the model for CAFM handover, complete at the point of transfer.

  • Quantity take-off & BOQ

Quantity take-off from the model, mapped to your cost codes, consistent from tender to final account.

Three sets of eyes before it leaves.

Every JES deliverable moves through a fixed Author-Checker-Approver gate, tracked in the CDE. The same standard whether it's engineer 3 or engineer 250.

Author
Model and documentation produced to the MIDP task card. Self-review against the project QA checklist before submission.
Status: WIP
Checker
Independent review against the BEP and federated model. Defects logged, deviation report returned to Author.
Output: Deviation report
Approver
Signed off against EIR and LOIN. Promoted from WIP to Shared or Published in the CDE.
Status: Published

Where the gate is missing, the costs follow: programme slip, on-site rework, failed audits and handover data that can't support operations. JES files carry an Author-Checker-Approver record from first issue to handover, the evidence layer international clients in Vietnam specify.

A portfolio delivered under audit

Integrated resorts on the UAE coast and giga-project packages in Saudi Arabia, all run through the delivery system now offered into Vietnam.

Common questions about BIM in Vietnam

Both. We produce the models and coordination, and we govern the BEP, CDE and the Author-Checker-Approver gate on one programme. A single delivery lead owns both, so you are not appointing a consultancy to advise and a shop to draw. One ISO 19650 standard holds across every package, the same floor that serves our Gulf work.

Yes. A named lead runs your work as an outsourced BIM team running ISO 19650 workflows, backed by 260+ engineers and an audit trail on every file. Capacity scales with the programme, so factory and terminal work meets its investors' standards without an in-house build first and nothing lands on your payroll.

Yes. Our BIM consultants embed in your delivery, author the BEP and keep an audit trail on every file, so an investor's home-market standard is met from day one. One named lead holds the work to ISO 19650 across the programme, documented to the requirements international clients bring with them into Vietnam.

Yes. We run laser scan to registered point cloud to a coordinated record model for existing plants and buildings entering expansion or retrofit. Every discipline coordinates against that verified base, and the record documents the asset as constructed, ready for an investor's technical audit rather than an assumed condition.

Architectural, structural and MEP. We author them in Revit and federate them in Navisworks with regular clash cycles. We coordinate fast-moving industrial and high-rise sites, checked and approved against the BEP, resolved in the model before procurement and fabrication commit, so site queries fall from the first package issued.

Cost follows scope, disciplines, the LOD you set and programme length, so we scope each engagement to the work rather than a flat day rate. A factory package carries far more than a single high-rise floor. A zero-cost pilot on one package is the risk-free way to see the output and QA first.
