What's in the walkthrough

What you actually get

The walkthrough is the case study. Public sites can only show so much, here's what we send when you request access.

  1. 01

    Project setup.

The SCDA design intent, the branded interior package brief, repeating floor typologies, and how the fit-out scope was carved from the base building. The conditions we walked into.

  2. 02

    Coordination through phases.

How interiors, joinery, MEP and lighting were resolved against a tight ceiling void, what nearly broke, which clashes were caught in the model, and what was caught only after a typical-floor mock-up.

  3. 03

    What we shipped.

Federated interior models, joinery shop drawings, MEP coordination views, lighting RCPs, and the floor-by-floor handover package, with sample frames from typical apartments and amenity zones.

  4. 04

    What it produced.

Quantified outcomes where we have them, joinery clashes resolved before fabrication, ceiling-void conflicts caught pre-installation, and the cadence of repeat-floor handovers once the typical was locked. Honest numbers.
