   Project setup.

   ALEMCO's package scope, programme pressure, and the production rhythm we agreed for shop-drawing delivery across the portfolio of live towers.

2. 02

   Coordination through phases.

   How HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and drainage were routed and re-routed in the model, clashes resolved at LOD 400 before spool sheets and isometrics were extracted for fabrication.

3. 03

   What we shipped.

   Coordinated MEP models, plantroom and riser spool drawings, typical-floor shop drawings, isometric extracts, and clash reports tied back to each released package.

   What it produced.

   Quantified outcomes where we have them, site clashes avoided, rework hours saved at installation, and the pre-install walkthroughs that catch the last items before fabrication leaves the workshop.
