   Brief, programme, and the entertainment-venue constraints we walked into, multi-tier bay geometry, a public-facing soft-opening date, and a main contractor running parallel trade packages on a live site.

   How we federated structure, MEP, and specialist ball-tracking systems across three tiers of bays, and held the multi-tenant F&B fit-out clear of service routes feeding the range deck above.

   Federated models, bay-level shop drawings, clash reports against the ball-tracking and netting trades, F&B tenant coordination views, and the soft-opening readiness package. With sample frames.
