Federated BIM model, mixed-use development

Systematized BIM services in Czechia.

Production, coordination and governance to ISO 19650, delivered as a full BIM team for consultants, contractors and developers. No internal hire, no management overhead.

Czechia's digitalisation push is outrunning the supply of senior BIM staff. We deliver the team ready-made.

Public and private work is shifting to model-based delivery, and demand for experienced staff has passed what the local market supplies. JES provides the capability complete: 260+ engineers, one delivery system, your time zone covered through our German office. Production runs offshore; accountability stays named and visible.

Eight capabilities, one supplier to vet

The whole model-side scope from one supplier, costed for Central European budgets and run to one documented standard.

  • 3D BIM modelling

Revit production across architecture, structure and MEP under a single modelling standard, federated by default.

  • Revit family creation

Component families authored to your library conventions, parametric where it earns its place.

  • 4D, 5D and 6D simulation

4D sequencing, 5D cost linkage and 6D performance data, applied where they support a decision.

  • Shop drawings & detailing

Trade shop drawings resolved against the federated model and issued at fabrication tolerance, ready for the workshop.

  • Scan to BIM

Laser surveys processed into as-built models precise enough to design and fabricate against.

  • CAD to BIM conversion

Flat 2D archives reconstructed as structured models, so an asset's documentation matches its current state.

  • BIM for facility management

Asset data structured for CAFM import during the project and complete at handover.

  • Quantity take-off & BOQ

Take-off mapped to your measurement convention, holding one auditable number from estimate to final account.

Three sets of eyes before it leaves.

Every JES deliverable moves through a fixed Author-Checker-Approver gate, tracked in the CDE. The same standard whether it's engineer 3 or engineer 250.

Author
Model and documentation produced to the MIDP task card. Self-review against the project QA checklist before submission.
Status: WIP
Checker
Independent review against the BEP and federated model. Defects logged, deviation report returned to Author.
Output: Deviation report
Approver
Signed off against EIR and LOIN. Promoted from WIP to Shared or Published in the CDE.
Status: Published

Cut the discipline to cut the cost and the savings reverse: reissued packages, site clashes, failed information audits and handovers missing their data. JES keeps the price low through production scale instead, while every file carries its named author, checker and approver in the ERP record.

Tested on Gulf megaprojects

Metro lines, airports and large resort programmes, delivered to ISO 19650 on compressed programmes. The same system serves Czech projects.

Common questions about BIM in Czechia

Both. We produce the discipline models, federation and drawings and we govern the standards: the EIR interpreted, the BEP authored, the CDE run to ISO 19650. One accountable team does both, so teams meeting structured requirements for the first time get production and governance together rather than a consultancy that advises beside a separate drawing shop.

Yes. You get a dedicated outsourced BIM team under one named lead, 260+ engineers with your time zone covered through our German office, so demand no longer outpaces what the local market supplies. Production runs offshore while accountability stays named and visible. Capacity scales against the programme, priced for Czech budgets through production scale.

Yes. Our consultants embed in your delivery, interpret the EIR, author the BEP and LOD schedule and hold the work to ISO 19650, often for teams meeting structured requirements for the first time. One named lead stays accountable across the programme, keeping accountability visible in the ERP while production runs offshore through our German office.

Yes. We process laser scans into a registered point cloud and a coordinated record model precise enough to design and fabricate against. Architectural, structural and MEP coordinate against that verified base, with deviations surfaced while they are still correctable. It gives your team a dependable existing condition on older stock that was never modelled.

Architectural, structural and MEP. We author them in Revit and federate them in Navisworks with regular clash cycles on one model, authored, checked and approved against the BEP before issue. A clash is fixed in the model rather than priced later as a variation, which is where cutting the discipline to cut the cost usually reverses the saving.

Cost follows scope, the disciplines involved, the LOD you need and the programme length, so we scope each engagement to the actual work rather than a day rate. We keep the price low through production scale, not by cutting the gate. The zero-cost pilot on one package lets you test the output first.
