Federated BIM model, mixed-use development

Systematized BIM services in Switzerland.

Production, coordination and governance to ISO 19650, delivered as a full BIM team for consultants, contractors and developers. No internal hire, no management overhead.

Swiss production carries Swiss salaries. Offshore production doesn't.

Every model hour produced in-house carries a Swiss salary, and the work still needs checking. Offshore production, audit-grade evidence. 260+ engineers deliver to ISO 19650 with a QA record your auditors can walk file by file.

Eight capabilities, each one documented

The full BIM scope under one QA regime, each capability leaving the same evidence trail, so you keep one accountable supplier.

  • 3D BIM modelling

Revit production across architecture, structure and MEP, federated and clash-managed, with IFC deliverables for openBIM environments.

  • Revit family creation

Revit families built to your specification with parameter discipline, so data quality starts at the component.

  • 4D, 5D and 6D simulation

Programme and cost simulation in 4D and 5D, extended to 6D performance data where your owner's brief requires it.

  • Shop drawings & detailing

Shop drawings issued from the coordinated model with their checking history, at the tolerance your installation work demands.

  • Scan to BIM

Point clouds processed into as-built models with stated accuracy bands, for renewal projects on existing assets.

  • CAD to BIM conversion

Historic 2D documentation rebuilt as coordinated 3D models, preserving the archive while making it usable.

  • BIM for facility management

Handover datasets validated against COBie or your CAFM schema, so operations inherits clean data rather than a cleanup project.

  • Quantity take-off & BOQ

Model-based quantity take-off with full provenance, every measurement traceable from cost line to model element.

Three sets of eyes before it leaves.

Every JES deliverable moves through a fixed Author-Checker-Approver gate, tracked in the CDE. The same standard whether it's engineer 3 or engineer 250.

Author
Model and documentation produced to the MIDP task card. Self-review against the project QA checklist before submission.
Status: WIP
Checker
Independent review against the BEP and federated model. Defects logged, deviation report returned to Author.
Output: Deviation report
Approver
Signed off against EIR and LOIN. Promoted from WIP to Shared or Published in the CDE.
Status: Published

Without the record, failures surface late: undocumented model changes, quantities nobody can reconstruct, handover data that fails validation. JES files carry their evidence with them, three signatures and a timestamp on every deliverable.

Delivered with the audit trail intact

Metro, aviation and museum projects delivered to ISO 19650 in the Gulf, each with its QA history on record and available for review.

What changes when delivery runs to a system

  • Construction-ready output

Drawings issued from a coordinated, clash-managed model on a schedule you can plan around, with the checking record attached.

  • Your team stops chasing deliverables

You read deliverable status in dashboards: author, checker, approver, timestamp. Nothing about your project lives in someone's inbox.

  • Runs to standard

ISO 19650 configured at the start and maintained throughout, so the audit finds a working system rather than reconstructed paperwork.

Common questions about BIM in Switzerland

Both. We produce the models, drawings and coordination, and we govern the information through BEP authorship, the CDE and the ISO 19650 gate. One accountable team owns both, not a consultancy advising beside a shop that draws. Moving production offshore only works if the governance travels with it, and here it does, evidence and all.

Yes. A delivery lead owns your programme and embeds in your coordination, backed by 260+ engineers delivering to ISO 19650. Every model hour they produce sits off a Swiss salary base, with a QA record your auditors can walk file by file. Capacity scales with the programme rather than a permanent bench, and one accountable name stays on the contract.

Yes. Our consultants embed in your delivery, author the BEP, hold your LOD and meet your openBIM requirements to ISO 19650. Your engineers spend their hours on judgement rather than production, while the modelling load moves to our floor. One named lead is accountable across the programme, so the standard is held without the in-house cost of every drafting hour.

Yes. We laser scan the existing asset, register the point cloud and produce a coordinated record model that matches what stands. That verified base is what architecture, structure and MEP coordinate against, with the QA history documented and available for review. For refurbishment of Swiss stock, it gives your team an audit-grade record of the building before work starts.

Architecture, structure and MEP, authored in Revit and federated in Navisworks for regular clash cycles on one model. Every file passes the Author-Checker-Approver gate against your BEP, and the clash record is documented alongside it. On your projects the evidence matters as much as the fix, so each package ships to construction tolerance with its QA trail attached.

Scope, disciplines, LOD and programme length drive it, not a flat day rate. A validated multi-discipline model to a high LOD carries more hours than a single package, and we scope each engagement to the actual work. Because the point is production off a Swiss salary base, the clearest test is a zero-cost pilot on one package, QA record included.
