Federated BIM model, mixed-use development

Systematized BIM services in Denmark.

Production, coordination and governance to ISO 19650, delivered as a full BIM team for consultants, contractors and developers. No internal hire, no management overhead.

Your carbon numbers come from the model. The model data has to be right.

Lifecycle assessment and carbon accounting are only as good as the model feeding them. Element-level data discipline on every model, so quantities, materials and classifications support your analysis instead of undermining it.

Every capability, data included

Eight capabilities from one supplier, each delivering models whose information content survives validation, analysis and handover.

  • 3D BIM modelling

Revit and Civil 3D production with classification and property discipline built into the modelling standard, not patched on later.

  • Revit family creation

Content authored with complete, correct parameters, so every placed instance enriches your dataset instead of polluting it.

  • 4D, 5D and 6D simulation

4D programme, 5D cost and 6D performance data from one federated model, giving your sustainability case real numbers.

  • Shop drawings & detailing

Shop drawings coordinated in the model and issued to installation tolerance, with their approval trail attached.

  • Scan to BIM

Existing buildings scanned and rebuilt as accurate models, the base renovation-first projects start from.

  • CAD to BIM conversion

Legacy drawing archives converted into structured models, bringing older assets into the same data regime.

  • BIM for facility management

Operational data structured and validated at handover, ready for owners who run, measure and report on their buildings.

  • Quantity take-off & BOQ

Quantities extracted from the model with provenance, serving cost control and material accounting alike.

Three sets of eyes before it leaves.

Every JES deliverable moves through a fixed Author-Checker-Approver gate, tracked in the CDE. The same standard whether it's engineer 3 or engineer 250.

Author
Model and documentation produced to the MIDP task card. Self-review against the project QA checklist before submission.
Status: WIP
Checker
Independent review against the BEP and federated model. Defects logged, deviation report returned to Author.
Output: Deviation report
Approver
Signed off against EIR and LOIN. Promoted from WIP to Shared or Published in the CDE.
Status: Published

Weak data discipline fails late: classifications drift, quantities mislead the carbon model, and the public client's validation rejects the handover. Three signatures per file exist so the data is right before anyone downstream depends on it.

Delivered under public-client scrutiny

Museums, metros and airport programmes coordinated to ISO 19650 in the Gulf, each under formal supervision and audit. The pilot is zero-cost if you want to test the method first.

What changes when delivery runs to a system

  • Construction-ready output

Coordinated packages issued to programme with their data layer intact, so your downstream analysis starts immediately instead of after cleanup.

  • Your team stops chasing deliverables

Status per deliverable in ERP dashboards with authorship and approval recorded, replacing chase emails with evidence.

  • Runs to standard

ISO 19650 stood up from project start and mapped to your client's digital requirements, so compliance is continuous, not episodic.

Common questions about BIM in Denmark

Both. We produce the models, drawings and coordination and we govern the standards behind them: the BEP, the CDE and the gate every file clears. One accountable team runs both, so the data layer is checked as rigorously as the geometry. You are not managing a consultancy that advises and a separate shop that draws to a weaker standard.

Yes. You get a dedicated outsourced BIM team under one named lead on your public and private packages, delivered to ISO 19650 with the documentation depth public clients require. Capacity scales against the programme, not a permanent bench. Classifications and materials stay disciplined so the quantities feeding your carbon model hold up at validation.

Yes. Our consultants embed in your delivery, author the BEP and LOD schedule and hold the work to ISO 19650 configured to your public clients' digital requirements. One named lead stays accountable across the programme, keeping classification and properties clean so quantities, materials and carbon accounting all draw from one trustworthy model.

Yes. We run laser scan to registered point cloud to a coordinated record model, so architectural, structural and MEP coordinate against a verified base. Under renovation-first policy that accurate as-built is the starting point for most work, and its data layer is structured so the carbon and cost analyses run from the same source.

Architectural, structural and MEP. We author them in Revit and federate them in Navisworks with regular clash cycles on one model, authored, checked and approved against the BEP before issue. The quantities come out clean enough to feed carbon analysis as well as budgets, and the classifications survive the public client's validation at handover.

Cost follows scope, the disciplines involved, the LOD you need and the programme length, so we scope each engagement to the actual work rather than a flat rate. A carbon-accounted public package carries more than a standard build. The zero-cost pilot on one package lets you test the data discipline and the gate first.
