Federated BIM model, mixed-use development

Systematized BIM services in Israel.

Production, coordination and governance to ISO 19650, delivered as a full BIM team for consultants, contractors and developers. No internal hire, no management overhead.

Your engineers already work model-first. What runs out is production hours.

Light rail packages, towers and data centre programmes peak together, and recruitment can't close the gap in time. 260+ engineers behind one QA system add production capacity to your projects without a single local hire. Coordination calls happen live, inside your working day.

The full scope, one supplier

Every BIM discipline delivered from a single production floor, so an Israeli project adds capacity without adding vendors.

  • 3D BIM modelling

Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks production across all disciplines, run to a single modelling standard whatever the package.

  • Revit family creation

Revit families built to your LOD specification and naming convention, from facade components to mechanical plant.

  • 4D, 5D and 6D simulation

4D programme simulation, 5D cost linkage and 6D performance data added where the project brief demands them.

  • Shop drawings & detailing

Shop drawings coordinated against the federated model and issued at construction tolerance, ready for fabrication.

  • Scan to BIM

Point cloud processing into as-built models for retrofit and densification work in established urban fabric.

  • CAD to BIM conversion

Legacy 2D archives rebuilt as coordinated 3D models, so refurbishment work starts from reliable geometry.

  • BIM for facility management

Asset data structured to COBie and CAFM requirements, so operations teams start from the model on day one.

  • Quantity take-off & BOQ

Model-based quantity take-off mapped to your cost structure, keeping BOQs and variations on one number.

Three sets of eyes before it leaves.

Every JES deliverable moves through a fixed Author-Checker-Approver gate, tracked in the CDE. The same standard whether it's engineer 3 or engineer 250.

Author
Model and documentation produced to the MIDP task card. Self-review against the project QA checklist before submission.
Status: WIP
Checker
Independent review against the BEP and federated model. Defects logged, deviation report returned to Author.
Output: Deviation report
Approver
Signed off against EIR and LOIN. Promoted from WIP to Shared or Published in the CDE.
Status: Published

Skip the gate and the failure modes are familiar: late packages, drawings that contradict each other on site and asset data that arrives at handover as a folder of PDFs. Every JES deliverable carries a named author, checker and approver, a record you can put in front of your client or your auditor.

Proven on international programmes

Metro MEP packages, airport-scale work and waterfront resorts, coordinated and handed over under the system now available to Israeli teams.

Common questions about BIM in Israel

Both. We produce the models, drawings and coordination, and we govern them through the BEP, the CDE and the Author-Checker-Approver gate. That means one accountable team carries your project, not a consultancy that advises alongside a shop that draws. You get production and standards from the same delivery lead.

Yes. A dedicated delivery lead owns your programme and coordination calls run live inside your working day, backed by 260+ engineers on one QA system. Capacity scales as light rail, tower and data centre peaks land together, without a single local hire. You add production hours when the work demands them and release them when it eases.

Yes. Our BIM consultants embed in your delivery, set the BEP and LOD schedule and hold the work to ISO 19650, with one named lead accountable across the programme. Coordination happens live inside your working day rather than across a delay. Your engineers keep the design decisions while we carry the modelling volume.

Yes. We run laser scan to registered point cloud to a coordinated record model that matches the fabric as it actually stands. On retrofit and densification work in established urban stock, that verified base is what every discipline coordinates against. It replaces guesswork with geometry your team can design and build from.

We model architectural, structural and MEP in Revit, federate in Navisworks and run regular clash cycles on one model. Every file is authored, checked and approved against the BEP before issue, at construction tolerance. On dense urban sites conflicts are resolved in the federated model before work starts on the ground.

Cost follows scope, disciplines, the LOD you need and programme length, so we price each engagement to the actual work rather than a flat day rate. A data centre programme carries more than a single tower. A zero-cost pilot on one package lets you see the output and the QA gate before you commit.
