Federated BIM model, mixed-use development

Systematized BIM services in Morocco.

Production, coordination and governance to ISO 19650, delivered as a full BIM team for consultants, contractors and developers. No internal hire, no management overhead.

Stadium, rail and hotel programmes are all peaking at once. Capacity on demand keeps them on programme.

Stadiums, rail upgrades, hotels and new urban districts are landing on a market still building its BIM bench. 260+ engineers and one delivery system give Moroccan and international teams production depth on demand, with no recruitment race and no drop in standard between packages.

Eight capabilities, one vendor

The whole BIM scope from one team in Jebel Ali, so a Moroccan programme adds capacity without adding a vendor-management workload.

  • 3D BIM modelling

Multi-discipline production in Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks, held to one modelling standard across every package.

  • Revit family creation

Custom Revit families to your specification and LOD requirement, from architectural detail to plant and equipment.

  • 4D, 5D and 6D simulation

4D sequencing for programme certainty, 5D for cost control and 6D performance data where the brief calls for it.

  • Shop drawings & detailing

Fabrication-ready shop drawings checked against the coordinated model before they reach a site office.

  • Scan to BIM

Scan to BIM for existing buildings entering refurbishment, with point clouds converted into reliable as-built geometry.

  • CAD to BIM conversion

CAD to BIM conversion that turns flat legacy drawings into coordinated, queryable 3D models.

  • BIM for facility management

Facilities data built into the model and structured for CAFM import, ready for the operations team at handover.

  • Quantity take-off & BOQ

Quantity take-off generated from the model and mapped to your cost codes, keeping commercial and technical teams on one dataset.

Three sets of eyes before it leaves.

Every JES deliverable moves through a fixed Author-Checker-Approver gate, tracked in the CDE. The same standard whether it's engineer 3 or engineer 250.

Author
Model and documentation produced to the MIDP task card. Self-review against the project QA checklist before submission.
Status: WIP
Checker
Independent review against the BEP and federated model. Defects logged, deviation report returned to Author.
Output: Deviation report
Approver
Signed off against EIR and LOIN. Promoted from WIP to Shared or Published in the CDE.
Status: Published

Without that discipline, a fast-scaling market produces the same failures faster: packages slipping behind programme, uncoordinated drawings meeting on site and handover data nobody can operate from. JES files carry an Author-Checker-Approver trail, so quality questions are settled by the record.

What changes when delivery runs to a system

  • Construction-ready output

Drawings released from a clash-checked federated model on the dates the programme names.

  • Your team stops chasing deliverables

Named author, checker and approver on every file, with ERP visibility down to the deliverable. Your managers manage the project rather than the supplier.

  • Runs to standard

ISO 19650 applied from kickoff: EIR, BEP and CDE stood up before modelling starts, so the audit finds structure already in place.

Common questions about BIM in Morocco

Both. We produce the models, drawings and coordination, and we govern them through the BEP, the CDE and the gate. One accountable team carries the standard, rather than a consultancy that advises beside a shop that draws. You get production and governance from a single delivery lead.

Yes. A delivery lead owns your programme, backed by 260+ engineers on one system, so stadium and rail packages get capacity without a recruitment race. The team scales up and down against the programme, with no permanent hire in a market still building its bench. Standards hold steady from one package to the next.

Yes. Our BIM consultants embed in your delivery, set the BEP and LOD and hold the work to ISO 19650, with one named lead across the whole programme. Because everyone runs on one delivery system, there is no drop in standard between packages. Your studio keeps design direction while we carry production volume.

Yes. We run scan to point cloud to a coordinated record model for existing buildings entering refurbishment. That verified base is what each discipline coordinates against, so the geometry matches what actually stands. It gives refurbishment work a reliable starting point rather than assumptions from old drawings.

We model architectural, structural and MEP in Revit, federate in Navisworks and run regular clash cycles on one model. Every file is authored, checked and approved against the BEP before issue, at construction tolerance. On stadium, hospitality and infrastructure work, clashes are resolved in the federated model before steel is cut or ducts are hung.

Cost follows scope, disciplines, the LOD you need and programme length, so we scope each engagement to the actual work rather than a flat day rate. A stadium package carries more than a single hotel. A zero-cost pilot on one package lets you see the output and the QA before you commit anything further.
